UpNxtWork ("we," "us," "the platform") operates upnxtwork.in, connecting college students with project opportunities from startups, and provides related verification, matching, and certification services. Contact: support@upnxtwork.com.
UpNxtWork manually reviews student and startup profiles, matches students to projects based on skills, and tracks projects through completion. We do not guarantee that any student will be selected for a project, that any startup's project will be approved, or any particular employment or business outcome. Verification confirms information was manually reviewed by our team. It is not a warranty of a startup's business viability or a student's performance.
Students must be currently enrolled in a recognized college or university in India. Startups must be a genuine, operating business. UpNxtWork may reject or suspend any account that does not meet these criteria, at our discretion, following manual review.
Students receive 90 days of free access from the date their profile is verified, subject to application limits described on the platform. Startups receive limited free project postings; usage beyond free-tier limits requires a paid plan, arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp or email. Current pricing is available on request from support@upnxtwork.com.
For Paid projects, the project cost is agreed between the startup and UpNxtWork at posting. On admin-confirmed, startup-approved completion, UpNxtWork retains 15% as a platform fee and the remaining 85% is due to the student. Payment processing is currently handled manually and coordinated by our team; see our Refund Policy for details on disputes and refunds.
Users agree not to submit false information during verification, misuse the messaging system to harass or spam other users, attempt to bypass the platform to avoid fees on a matched project, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. UpNxtWork may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Work product created by a student for a startup's project belongs to the startup upon completion and payment (for Paid projects) or upon completion (for Free/stipend projects), unless otherwise agreed directly between the parties. UpNxtWork claims no ownership over project deliverables.
UpNxtWork facilitates connections between students and startups but is not a party to the work performed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpNxtWork is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from a project's execution between a student and a startup.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction, unless your registered business location requires otherwise.
